1. REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

This Refund and Cancellation Policy applies to starter packs and other one-time digital game purchases made for the Influence application (“Site”) found at https://game.influenceth.io.

2. ONE-TIME DIGITAL PURCHASES

Starter packs are one-time purchases of digital game content. They are not subscriptions and do not create recurring charges.

3. CANCELLING BEFORE PAYMENT

If you leave or cancel checkout before payment is completed, you will not be charged.

4. REFUNDS BEFORE FULFILLMENT

After payment is completed, you may request a refund before fulfillment begins. Fulfillment begins when you submit your starter crew customization and Influence begins provisioning the starter pack to your wallet or account.

5. FINALITY AFTER FULFILLMENT BEGINS

Once fulfillment begins, starter pack purchases are generally final and non-refundable because the starter pack is customized, provisioned, and delivered as digital game content.

6. EXCEPTIONS

We may provide a refund or other remedy if required by law, or if we determine that there was a duplicate charge, unauthorized payment, failed delivery, technical error, or other exceptional circumstance.

7. FAILED OR DELAYED FULFILLMENT

If fulfillment fails after payment is completed, we may retry fulfillment or provide a refund if the starter pack cannot be delivered. Some blockchain, payment, wallet, indexing, or third-party service delays may occur.

8. STARTER PERIOD AND ONGOING COSTS

Starter packs include early-game support for getting established in the belt. After the starter period, further actions may require additional funds. In-game resources can be earned during play or additional funds added later if needed.

9. REFUND PROCESSING

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment provider where possible. Refund timing may depend on the payment method, payment processor, card network, bank, or other third-party provider.

10. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

If you believe there is a problem with your purchase, please contact us before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute so that we can try to resolve the issue directly. This does not limit any rights you may have under applicable law, card network rules, payment provider rules, or consumer protection laws.

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have access to consumer alternative dispute resolution or other consumer redress mechanisms under applicable law. We do not waive any rights or remedies available to consumers under applicable consumer protection laws.

11. EU/EEA DIGITAL CONTENT RIGHTS

If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to withdraw from certain online purchases within 14 days. For digital content supplied immediately or during that withdrawal period, you may lose that withdrawal right once fulfillment begins if you have expressly consented to immediate performance and acknowledged that you will lose the right to withdraw.

For starter packs, fulfillment begins when you submit your starter crew customization and Influence begins provisioning the starter pack to your wallet or account. Nothing in this Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

12. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy from time to time. If we do, we will post the updated policy on the Site. Your continued use of the Site or purchase of digital content after an updated policy is posted means that you accept the updated policy.
